I'm a Philadelphia native, shaped by kitchens across the country. From a family BBQ spot in LA to fine dining restaurants like ink. and Volt, where I worked alongside Bryan and Michael Voltaggio. Most recently, I lead the kitchen at Pasta Bar in Austin.

I create intimate dining experiences defined by seasonality, creativity and comfort.

Today, my work extends beyond restaurants into private dining, collaborative dinners, consulting and content creation.
